We had a few minutes this morning before leaving. We have received so many kind messages. I want everyone to know that we are not quitting. We can't fight from here in Nepal any longer we just don't have the resources. We will come home, rest, reload, and fight very hard. Senator Wickers office has assured us that they will continue to fight on our behalf and they have also given us the green light to use the media. The message back home is that the embassy is trying to avoid granting a visa to a stolen child. While I don't doubt this intention, there is a great deal of exaggeration and misinformation and I will address this in the media and on this blog once we are home.
Thanks for the kind words, but remember we are done with this, not by a long shot!

You guys are amazing, truly uplifting and a great testimony to who you are as people and why you WILL come out on top. Certainly, your characters do NOT need to be defined, not what I am getting at. Most people, understandably, would give up...but you continue to fight and we'll all fight with you!
